NEWS & UPDATES
- I’ve been a Fangoria fan for as long as I’ve loved horror so it made me VERY excited to crop up in this run down of scary Star Wars scenes!
- Star Wars also produced their own list of spooky stories in a galaxy far, far away over on the official website.
- I shared some exclusive behind the scenes pieces of art over on my Instagram page. First up was one of artist José María Beroy’s unused cover concepts for the Phantom of the Opera graphic novel and then for DC fans I shared a peek at Titans United artist José Luís’s original character study of Donna Troy!
INTERVIEWS
- It’s hard to believe we’re coming to the end of Vader’s Castle. The official Star Wars website interviewed me and Derek Charm – the artist who started the run of mini-series with me back in 2019 – about how we feel as we wrap up our annual Halloween treat, plus a little about our latest team up where we transformed Jaxxon and Chewie into Kaiju. Also, find out what we think is the scariest parts of Star Wars!
- Brian Silliman of SYFY Wire grilled me on Tempest Runner, breaking fans’ hearts and Jedi Master Elzar Mann’s randiness!
- Marv of Numidian Prime provides incredibly detailed rundowns of the latest Star Wars releases on his blog, highlighting the Easter eggs we slip into the stories. Recently he interviewed me about the High Republic covering everything from the inclusion of the Graf family in the books and the difference between the senate in the High Republic and what we know of it in the prequels. Read it here!
- Due to travel restrictions I couldn’t get to NYCC this year, but I was really happy to pull back the curtain on the official Phantom of the Opera graphic novel with Titan Comics’ Andrew Sumner and David Leach. The adaption comes out next month, but you can dive into the music of the night by watching this video panel.
