OK, I’m beyond excited.
Ever since I started to write Doctor Who with my good buddy Mark Wright, I’ve waited to write the Daleks – and here they are in Masters of Earth by me and Mr Wright, released today by Big Finish Productions.
I’ve just had a listen and have to say a big, big thank you to everyone who brought our little tale of Dalek terror to life.
To the cast including, of course, the wonderful Colin Baker and Nicola Bryant as the Doctor and Peri.
Then there’s script editor Alan Barnes for his difficult questions that tightened everything up during the writing process; Nicholas Briggs for his direction, music and chilling Dalek voices; Martin Montague for his atmospheric and downright unsettling sound design and, last but by no means least, Anthony Lamb for that amazing cover.
