And here we are, the first Ninth Doctor Fan Art Friday! Leading up to the launch of the Doctor Who: The Ninth Doctor comics, I’m going to run fan art that takes my fancy. It started with a call out for fan art on Twitter and Paul Cooke was the first person to reply, so here’s his art, inspired by the old Target book novelisations:
