High Republic Round-up: Samplers, space-ships, TV series and… socks?

  • Disney books released a digital sampler featuring extracts from Light of the Jedi, Into The Dark, Test of Courage, Star Wars: The High Republic #1 and Star Wars: The High Republic Adventure #1. Available for readers in North America it can be found here.
  • Lucasfilm’s Pablo Hidalgo and Phil Szostak discussed new Jedi fighters and more arriving in Star Wars: The High Republic on the official Star Wars website. Jump over there now.
  • Those ships also featured in a stunning new variant for Star Wars: The High Republic # 1 by Paolo Villanelli and Mattia Iacono.
  • Lucasfilm released its slate of upcoming productions including The Acolyte, which is set “in the final days of the High Republic era.” Read more about the entire slate.
  • Justina talks Padawans, Jedi and Test of Courage in the latest The Makers of Star Wars: The High Republic interview on the Star Wars website. She also revealed the true cost of our story debates (allegedly).
  • Del Rey Books revealed that The Rising Storm will now be coming out a week earlier than expected, on 29th June 2021!
  • Daniel talked to CBR about how we created The High Republic as well about how the Republic itself will soon begin to ‘show its cracks’ in the storytelling.
  • He also celebrated our launch back in February with a TikTok video! (I don’t think I’ve ever been on a TikTok video before).
