I’m thrilled to announce that DC Comics has invited me to write a story for the Aquaman 80th Anniversary Special, on sale 31 August 2021.
The 100-page spectacular celebrates eight decades of the aquatic King Arthur, who first made his debut in More Fun Comics #73 back in November 1941!
My story, Between Two Shores, features art by Scot Eaton, inks by Norm Rapmund, colours by Hi-Fi and letters by Rob Leigh.
What’s really smart is that Ivan Reis and Joe Prado’s main cover will be accompanied by eight variants showing Aquaman through the ages.

It was quite simple. The editor of the book reached out and asked me if I’d like to contribute a story. I pitched an idea and it was greenlit. Nothing more than that.
