2000AD #2233

Judge Anderson takes on an extra-terrestrial menace

It’s another all-ages 2000AD takeover and I’m back wrapping up my Anderson Psi Division story which has been running through 2000AD Regened over the last year.

Psi-Judge Anderson, having tackled the threat of an alien incursion in her last couple of adventures, decides to confront the extra-terrestrial menace before it reaches Earth in Deep Burn with script by me, art by Paul Davidson, colours by Matt Soffe and letters by Simon Bowland.

Here’s a look inside at the beginning of the issue:

Mega-City One, 2143 AD. Psi-Division is a section of Justice Department that specialises in Judges with accentuated psychic talents — from precognition to exorcism, projection to pyrokinesis, it deals with all manner of paranormal crimes, and is often the city’s first defence against supernatural threats. Cassandra ANDERSON is Justice Department’s top telepath — warm, empathetic and often flippant, she’s not your usual Judge, and she still sees the good in the Big Meg’s citizens. Recently, she’s become aware of incursions by an alien species seeking to bring order to planet Earth. Realising that they’ll attack soon, she’s chosen to head them off in space…

The issue also features Department K in Stranded by Rory McConville and PJ Holden, Cadet Dredd in Lawbreaker by Liam Johnson and Jake Lynch, the Langridge and Parson droids’ Pandora Perfect in Night of the Guffwarbler and a complete Future Shock, Space Expectations by Colin Harvey and Tom Newell.

2000AD #2233 is available from all good comic stores and digitally from Rebellion now!
