New Vikings Comic – Coming this April

Entertainment Weekly exclusively revealed yesterday that I am writing a brand new comic based on one of my favourite TV show, History Channel’s Vikings!

Here’s the story (in which I couldn’t help but give a shout out to the Jorvik Viking Centre, the place that first inspired my love of all things vikings when I was a kid!)

Staz Johnson (Spider-Man, Wolverine) is providing the blood-splattered art, with the first issue raiding comic stores in April, the very same month as Ninth Doctor #1!

Godhead is a five issue miniseries set during the events of season three of the TV show and sees Ragnar’s warband back on English soil – but who can they trust?

Plotting this story was a blast, not least because it allowed me to geek out with history books! I wrote issue one this week and can’t wait to get stuck into the rest of the series.
