A month of signings and talks by my creative chums

Wandering around Forbidden Planet in London on Tuesday, I spotted quite a few of my exceptionally creative chums  on the various events posters, so I thought I’d do a quick run down of their upcoming events.

First up, is comic artist extraordinaire Emma Vieceli who appearing at the first True Believers Comic Festival at Cheltenham Racecourse this Saturday. Looks fun!

DW_human_natureAlso on Saturday, this time in London’s Forbidden Planet, Paul Cornell, David Bishop, James Goss and Justin Richards are signing their shiny new Doctor Who novel reissues. Paul’s signing the new edition of Human Nature, which of course inspired two of the best episodes of modern Doctor Who.

Then, on Thursday 12nd Feb, Adrian Tchaikovsky will be signing his new novel, Guns of the Dawn, again at Forbidden Planet London.

Nearer the end of the month, Bristol Central Library hosts a British Fantasy Society night with Gareth L. Powell and Joanne Hall. There will be readings, Q&As and a free glass of wine!

Ele1_cover_retinaAt the end of the month, Titan Books has a treasure trove of Sherlock Holmes wonderfulness on 28th Feb at Forbidden Planet London. George Mann, Vaughn Entwistle and James Lovegrove will be signing their splendid Sherlock Holmes novels alongside Adam Christopher who is launching Ghost Line, the first in his official tie-ins to one of my favourite TV shows, Elementary.

A busy month, but don’t forget in March, I’ll be signing issue one of Doctor Who: The Ninth Doctor at Forbidden Planet Bristol on Wednesday 11th March and at London Super Comic Con on Wednesday 14th March too!
