1. By subscribing to Cavan Scott’s newsletter (“Newsletter”) you will automatically be entered into this prize draw (“Prize Draw”). By subscribing to the Newsletter you agree to these terms and conditions. 2. If you are under 18, you must obtain consent from your parent/guardian to enter the Prize Draw. By entering into the Prize Draw you confirm that you have this consent. 3. Cavan Scott complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. By subscribing to the Newsletter you agree that your details including your email address/address may be used to keep you informed about Cavan Scott’s promotions, products and news. 4. Cavan Scott will carry out the Prize Draw on 31st January 2023 at 5pm GMT and will select one winner from all valid entries. The winner of the Prize Draw will be notified by email by no later than 1 week after the draw date. Cavan Scott’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will one winner. 5. There is 1 prize for the Prize Draw (“the “Prize”) consisting of a signed copy of The Art of Star Wars: The High Republic poster. 6. If the Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the winner(s) being notified, Cavan Scott reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner/winners. 7. Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Cavan Scott reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of his choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of his control. 8. Winner’s details will be available for 6 months after the draw by contacting Cavan Scott via the contact section of this website. 9. Cavan Scott reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants).
