Terms and Conditions
1. By subscribing to retweeting the promotion tweet (“tweet”) you will automatically be entered into this prize draw (“Prize Draw”) as long as you are also and a follower of www.twitter.com/cavanscott at the time of the draw. By retweeting the tweet you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. If you are under 18, you must obtain consent from your parent/guardian to enter the Prize Draw. By entering into the Prize Draw you confirm that you have this consent.
3. Cavan Scott will carry out the Prize Draw on 2nd July, 2018 at 11.59pm and will select one winner from all valid retweets. The winner of the Prize Draw will be notified by tweet by no later than 1 week after the draw date. Cavan Scott’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will only be one winner.
5. There is 1 prize for the Prize Draw (“the “Prize”) consisting of 1x signed copy of STAR WARS ADVENTURES FREE COMIC BOOK DAY 2018.
6. If the Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the winner being notified, Cavan Scott reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
7. Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Cavan Scott reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of his choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of his control.
8. Winner’s details will be available for 6 months after the draw by contacting Cavan Scott via the contact section of this website.
9. Cavan Scott reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
