Who-ology continues to be going down a storm it seems.
A review popped up in the Bolton News yesterday that was very complimentary. Reviewer Martin Hutchinson said:
For anyone interested in the show – and let’s face it, it IS an important slice of TV history – should add this to their book collection.
And it’s one that you’ll continue dipping into in the future – or the past, depending on where/when your personal TARDIS takes you.
Meanwhile, Mark and I were interviewed about writing the book over at Sci-Fi Bulletin with more interviews in the works.
Most excitedly – for this comic fan – was a personal message from Richard Starkings, the writer of the wonderful Elephantmen series published by Image Comics, telling me how much he was enjoying the book. He even gave me an amazing promotional quote:
“Doctor Who for the QI Generation” Richard Starkings, writer, Elephantmen
Happy with that! I love QI. A couple of years ago, I visited QI HQ in Oxford. Their reference library was amazing, organised conceptually rather than alphabetically. It was a bonkers day.
More Who-ology stuff as and when it happens…
